RULES
Dear customers, our service is personalized. Your laundry is washed and dried in special machines at the temperature you specify. Your laundry is not washed with other people’s laundry. Therefore, a cleaner and more hygienic wash is achieved.
Our service is only washing, drying, folding and ironing. We do not provide dry cleaning service. Please do not bring us garments that require dry cleaning. PRIVE WASH LAUNDRY is not responsible if these laundry shrinks, deforms or gets damaged after washing.
If your load contains white garments and you instruct us to wash it in the same machine with colored laundry, PRIVE WASH LAUNDRY does not accept responsibility in cases where these laundry are damaged or change color.
If there are stained clothes among your laundry, you need to notify PRIVE WASH LAUNDRY. Necessary care will be taken. We would like you to know that Some permanent stains may not be removable.
We wash your laundry according to the temperature and instructions you specify. Please let us know the temperature and if there is a special situation of your laundry. If you do not report a special situation, PRIVE WASH LAUNDRY will not accept responsibility in case your laundry changes color, shrinks, stretches or becomes damaged
